Backed by 500 Global Eurasia, we are growing fast and looking for a Mid-Level Software Engineer to build the systems our AI employees actually run on.
This is not a role where you wire up CRUD endpoints and wait for a spec. You will design and ship agent systems, generation pipelines, and the infrastructure that keeps them fast and reliable in production.
About the Role
As a Mid-Level Software Engineer, you will work across our backend and AI systems: the generation core every job runs through, the agent layer, and the integrations that connect them to Meta, Shopify, and the rest of our customers' stacks.
You will own features end to end — design, implementation, tests, deploy, and what happens after. You will use Claude Code and similar AI-first tooling every day, because that is how we ship at this pace.
We are looking for someone with real production experience who wants more ownership than a larger company would hand them.
Tools & Requirements
AI-First Development (CRITICAL)
- Claude Code
- Cursor
- OpenAI Codex
- Comfortable architecting with AI, not just autocompleting with it
Backend
- Node.js and TypeScript, ideally NestJS
- Python for AI and data workloads
- PostgreSQL, schema design, migrations, query performance
- REST and gRPC APIs, authentication, background jobs and queues
LLMs & Agents
- Practical experience integrating LLM APIs in production
- Building agent workflows: tool use, multi-step reasoning, state
- Prompt engineering that survives contact with real users
- RAG, embeddings, and vector search
- Evaluating and debugging non-deterministic systems
Infrastructure
- Docker, CI/CD, deploying and operating live services
- Google Cloud or AWS
- Monitoring, logging, and tracing — knowing why production is slow
- Redis, caching, and queueing patterns
What You Will Do
- Design and ship backend features across the platform
- Build and improve agent systems and generation pipelines
- Integrate LLM providers and keep cost, latency, and quality in balance
- Write tests that let us deploy without holding our breath
- Debug production issues and fix root causes, not symptoms
- Review pull requests and raise the bar around you
- Work directly with founders on what gets built and why
What We Are Looking For
- 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong Node.js/TypeScript, comfortable in Python
- Shipped something real with LLMs — not just tutorials
- Comfortable owning a feature from idea to production
- Clear communicator who writes down decisions
- Bias for shipping and iterating over waiting for perfect
Bonus Points
- Experience with NestJS, Drizzle, or gRPC
- Built agent or multi-agent systems in production
- Experience with generative image or video pipelines
- Open source contributions or side projects
