3. Google User Data

If you choose to connect a Google account, AdMagica requests access only for the Google integrations and user-facing features you enable. Depending on the integration you connect and the permissions you approve, we may collect or process the following Google user data:

• Google account profile information, such as your name, email address, profile picture, account ID, and granted OAuth scopes.
• Gmail data, such as message IDs, thread IDs, senders, dates, subjects, snippets, and message content when you ask AdMagica to read or use Gmail content.
• Google Calendar data, such as calendar lists, event IDs, event titles, descriptions, attendees, locations, dates, and event times. If you authorize calendar write access, AdMagica may create, update, or delete calendar events only when you request that action.
• Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets data, such as file IDs, file names, MIME types, owners, links, metadata, document content, spreadsheet names, sheet names, cell values, and selected file content when you import or use those files in AdMagica.
• OAuth tokens needed to maintain your Google connection until you disconnect the integration or request deletion.

How AdMagica Uses Google User Data

• To connect your Google account to the brand or workspace you select in AdMagica.
• To display, search, import, summarize, or use Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, or Sheets content inside user-facing AdMagica workflows that you request.
• To create, update, schedule, or organize marketing work, content calendars, documents, or knowledge-base items when you instruct AdMagica to do so.
• To maintain the security, reliability, and abuse prevention of the Google integration.

Google User Data Sharing and Transfers

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, personalized advertising, interest-based advertising, credit-worthiness, lending, data brokerage, information resale, or training generalized AI or ML models.

• We share Google user data only with service providers that help us operate AdMagica and only as needed to provide or improve the user-facing features you request, such as secure cloud hosting, database storage, infrastructure monitoring, and AI processing of content you choose to use in an AdMagica feature.
• We may disclose Google user data when necessary for security purposes, abuse investigation, or to comply with applicable law.
• We do not share Google user data with analytics providers or ad platforms for advertising or measurement purposes.

Google User Data Retention and Deletion

• We retain Google connection records, OAuth tokens, imported Google files, and related metadata only for as long as needed to provide the integration, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
• You can disconnect a Google integration in AdMagica at any time. When disconnected, we stop using the OAuth token for that integration.
• You may request deletion of stored Google user data by emailing [email protected]. After verifying the request, we delete or de-identify the applicable Google user data unless retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, or backup recovery obligations.
• Backup copies are deleted or overwritten according to our regular backup lifecycle.

Google User Data Security

• We protect Google user data using HTTPS/TLS in transit, encryption at rest where supported by our infrastructure, access controls, least-privilege internal access, logging, and monitoring.
• We do not allow employees, contractors, or service providers to read Google user data unless you ask us to do so for support, it is necessary for security or abuse investigation, or it is required by law.

AdMagica's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
